GENERAL KEY INFRARED SAUNA APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

  1︎⃣   INFRARED SAUNA APPOINTMENTS:

 ⓵. Infrared Sauna Sessions are private sessions that include up to two (2) guests of your choice, and are 45 minutes in total duration (30 minutes in the Sauna, and 15 *optional minutes relaxing by placing your hands and feet on our heated, himalayan salt detox domes). This service eliminates the possibility of sharing your appointment with a guest you do not know, even if you choose to schedule the appointment for yourself and not bring a guest.

   ✦ Infrared Sauna sessions include two (2) towels (per guest) to use during the session. Towels must be returned and placed in the designated location following your appointment.

   ✦ In the event you feel you may need more than the provided two (2) towels (per guest) to use during the session. Additional towels and face cloths are available for purchase at an additional cost. Towels or cloths purchased additionally are not required to be returned following your appointment. 

 ⓶. Kindly be advised: Hocking Hills Serenity Salt Cave does not have showers or post-rinse stations available for use subsequent of your appointment. Please plan accordingly if you feel you may need to bring a change of clothes or additional self-care items.

  2︎⃣   OTHER / MISC:

   ✦ Failure to return any provided towels will result in an additional cost to replace.

   ✦ Damage to any provided towels may also result in an additional cost to replace.

   ✦ Whether you are attending the appointment yourself or bringing a guest, there will be no adjustments made, and/or discounts applied to the total cost of the appointment.

   ✦ In the event you have an outstanding balance, any balance(s) due will be collected upon your arrival prior to your scheduled appointment.

   ✦ Please Note: Any outstanding balance(s) can be remitted online prior to your arrival. Simply locate the "Pay For Appointment" option located within the confirmation and/or reminder email you should have received.
