GENERAL KEY SALT CAVE APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

⚑ The following section provides general key points and information specific to Single and Private Salt Cave Sessions only. In the event you are seeking information related to Sauna appointments, kindly reference the "Infrared Sauna Appointments" category.

  1︎⃣   SINGLE PERSON SALT CAVE APPOINTMENTS:

 ⓵. Single Person Salt Cave sessions may include up to 4 guests in total. This may include "sharing" your session with other guests.

 ⓶. In the event it were intended to schedule two (2) or more appointment sessions for the same date and time (if applicable), but did not update the "quantity" of guests on the first page of scheduling, the cost listed on your confirmation / reminder email(s) may be inaccurate.

   » In addition, if a deposit was made, or if you have prepaid 100% in full electronically, the amount provided on your confirmation / reminder email(s) may also not reflect the correct balance(s).

 ⓷. Blankets are currently not provided for use during your session. However, you are welcome to bring a clean, fragrance-free blanket of your own to use if you wish.

 ⓸. Clean white socks are required to be worn for the entire duration of your Salt Cave appointment. Shoes or bare feet are strictly prohibited.

   ⚑ You are encouraged to bring your own pair of clean white socks to change into prior to the start of your session. However, if you do not have or bring white socks, we have clean, white socks available for purchase at a minimal additional cost.

  2︎⃣   PRIVATE GROUP SALT CAVE APPOINTMENTS:

 ⓵. Private Salt Cave sessions include up to 6 guests of your choice. You may elect to add 2 additional guests for an additional fee (see section "2" below). 

   • Private Salt Cave sessions eliminate the possibility of "sharing" your session with other guests you may not know.

 ⓶. In contrast to Single Session Appointments: For Private Salt Cave Appointments, guest quantity changes on the first page don’t apply like they do for Single Sessions. If you're bringing more than six guests (up to eight total), extra guests are $15 each, and the total shown may not reflect that. We advise reaching out to us via telephone for any questions or clarification related to your specific situation.

  3︎⃣  OTHER / MISC:

   ✦ In the event you have an outstanding balance, any balance(s) due will be collected upon your arrival, prior to beginning your scheduled appointment. 

   ✦ Please Note: Any outstanding balance(s) can be remitted online prior to your arrival. Simply locate the "Pay For Appointment" option located within the confirmation and/or reminder email you should have received.
